The Manufacturing Process:
Capital Carbon is recovered through controlled thermal decomposition of carefully selected feedstock of end-of-life tyres in specialized reactors. The extracted carbon is passed through the separation process to remove contamination in form of steel, fiberglass segments and other metallic and non-metallic impurities. The pure carbon recovered through the process is further milled to achieve required particle size distribution for proper compounding with rubber and plastics.
