S.S Rathi is the Chairman of Rathi Group, a visionary leader who combines strategic foresight with a practical approach to business. His educational background as a Chartered Accountant and his extensive experience as a technocrat have shaped his unique leadership style. With over 35 years of experience in the Carbon Black business, including significant roles at Birla Carbon, he has been instrumental in the expansion activities of Hi-Tech Carbon in Gummidipoondi and Renukoot, and the Greenfield project of the unit Hi-Tech Carbon in Patalganga, India. Since retiring from Birla Carbon as President of South Asia & Middle East region in 2019, he has been the driving force behind Rathi Group’s vision and expansion.
Ravi Rathi, -Director of Rathi Group, is a first-generation entrepreneur and a Chartered Accountant by education. He was instrumental in setting up the first pyrolysis unit in 2012, marking the beginning of Rathi Group’s journey towards sustainable innovation. Ravi is known for his analytical acumen, ambitious spirit, and courage in identifying and seizing new business opportunities. His focused and committed approach is propelling Rathi Group to new heights of success.
Ambesh Rathi, -Director of Rathi Group, is an MBA graduate and a first-generation entrepreneur. Ambesh is a dynamic leader, known for his energy, hard work, and dedication to the day-to-day operations of Rathi Group. He is deeply committed to all stakeholders and is known for his relentless pursuit of delivering quality products within committed timelines. His leadership plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence that Rathi Group is known for.
